Pastor Blaine Davis gave his life to Christ on September 10, 1976. He had faithfully served as an usher, choir member, adjutant, drummer, trustee and part time chauffeur for Bishop George A. Williams, Prelate of the Keystone Jurisdiction, Church of God in Christ, and Pastor of Rehoboth Temple Church of God in Christ.

On August 12, 1990, he was ordained as a deacon and served faithfully. In 1992, being led of the Lord, he became an active member of Canaan Church of Pentecost, under the leadership of the late James Mobley. On August 1, 1993 he accepted his call to the ministry and was later ordained to ministry on March 3. 1996.

On June 1, 2013 he was installed as the Assistant Pastor of Faith and Love Center Pentecostal Church. Under the leadership of Bishop Harry W. Pendleton, he served as the Supervising Elder of the Sunday School Department, Transportation Ministry, Greeters Department, Media Ministry and Men’s Ministry.

Later Pastor Davis was led to assist churches in need. After completing that assignment he returned to Faith and Love Center as an Associate Pastor. He serves as the Supervising Elder of the Greeters Ministry, Transportation Ministry, Media Ministry, Website Ministry and the Evangelism, Outreach and Missions Ministries.


Pastor Robert S. Atikossie
was born in Togo, West Africa. He attended the University of Benin, West Africa earning a Master’s degree in Art, Majoring in Law; Augsburg Seminary, Germany, earning an education in Theology, and is currently attending Ohio Christian University towards a BA in Ministry Leadership. He is fluent in speaking French, German, and seven other languages to include English.

In 1990 he was called to serve as Pastor and later was appointed the Senior Pastor, and District Minister of “The New Apostolic International Church,” Niamey, West Africa where he held that position until 2003, during his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing the West African Region in Niamey, Niger, and his duties include overseeing the administration and church finances.

In 2005 Pastor Atikossie migrated to the United States of America and later became a member of Faith and Love Center Pentecostal Church along with his Spouse Sharon and two children, Fabrice and Ako.

In 2010 he was appointed as an Associate Pastor of Faith and Love Center Pentecostal Church, (FLCC) overseeing the Prayer, Care, Hospitality, Men and Deacon Ministries under the supervision of Bishop Harry Pendleton, Senior, the Senior Pastor for FLCC, and he is devoted to the saving of souls. His vision is “search the lost souls, for the coming of the Lord is Imminent”

Pastor Delinda Pendleton’s heart is to serve the needs of youth, women, and married couples, utilizing her spiritual gifts of teaching, administration and serving. At Faith and Love Center Pentecostal Church (Philadelphia, PA), she serves as a teacher in the Christian Education ministry and as the Overseeing Elder of the Women, Youth, and Music ministries. On an annual basis, she works as a facilitator for the church’s Youth, Women’s and Married Couples’ retreats. She also facilitates “Pathways to Adulthood,” a Christian Rites of Passage program for the youth.

Currently, she serves as an Associate Pastor at Faith & Love Center with her husband, Bishop Harry Pendleton, Senior Pastor and Presiding Prelate of United Churches Fellowship.

Professionally, she has been blessed to serve as a registered nurse, and by God’s grace and provision, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Nursing where she received both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees. Pastor Delinda Pendleton is the Director of Strategic Clinical Initiatives at the Fox Chase Cancer Center and Director of Performance Improvement at the Jeanes Hospital in Philadelphia. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Women of Faith & Hope, a faith-based breast cancer support group.
